I have ordered a maxi dress from Urbanic and they delivered a short dress . They have a window of ** days return so I chose my reason and placed a return request. They did not accept my return and saying sorry we can’t return the product as the product is not from Urbanic . They took a month to say sorry . They cheated me and took my money. They closed the ticket on their end and didn’t help me. I was a frequent customer . They talk in a rude manner and I felt cheated . They did a fraud with me. I need justice .please help
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
