Meesho App - Delivered a product which i haven t even ordered and not even showing the return option

I previously ordered a jewel set and it automatically got cancelled and I just left that without trying again... Few days later I received a package from meesho labelling with exact same details of mine.... So i thought that my order might have got accepted and delivered... But when I opened the package.. To my utter shock the jewel set is not even close to what I ordered and on top of that evey single piece of the jewels was damaged and that set is also not even matched with anything.... And not even in my orders list this order is not even showing in the list and I haven't even been sent any messages regarding the order which I received... And even meesho not even responding to this issue ..... Much much disappointed with their method to raise an issue
