Be Crazy Be Easy - Delivered a fake product and incomplete item

I have seen the link of Be Crazy Be Easy on facebook. The pictures showed the original Sony brand wireless headphone and a Bluetooth earphone. When I opened it in front of courier boy I found the product is a totally fake and incomplete item. I recorded a video at the time of unboxing the parcel. After that, I knew that there is a return facility for all online purchase. I called many helpline numbers but no one responded the call. Now I want to get my money back and return the fake product. If they will not return my money back I'll put a case against the company for fraud with the customers.
