I ordered a LG*** L refrigerator from Flipkart on */*/****. They (ekart delivery boy) delivered the product on **/*/****. When they delivered the product the package was not properly sealed & they called if any problem you could return this product and refund. Now the refrigerator is not working properly. So I chose refund option but they are refusing to refund. In that time I found that my serial number of this refrigerator is not same what is written in my invoice from Flipkart.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
