I ordered a lcd Samsung **cm hd ready lcd tv on **/**/**** from flipkart. After delivery(**/**/****) when we opened the package then we saw lcd is damaged. I lodge a replacement request. First they scheduled a technician visit. But on the day of visit they told because you people himself opened the package so we will not replace the product and they cancel my replacement request.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
