Hari lal filed complaint against Flipkart on Jul 6, 2019
On **-May-**** I have ordered redmi note * with order number:-
OD****************** From Flipkart .
When i unboxed then I found 'Wheel detergent Soap Bar' instead of 'Redmi Note *' in front of delivery boy.
I returned the package to delivery boy at same time and raised a complaint
But i didn't get refund from customer care,Flipkart customer care say me by mail our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history and you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account
Being a renowned online shopping site this kind of services with the customer, I was not expecting.
I have put all my efforts mail,call customer care and escalated to all levels but didn't get any adequate solution.
Its already been ** days and I'm struggling to get some actionable step from #Flipkart towards my request.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
