Delhivery Private Limited - Delhivery Not delivering the order

Hi,

Delhivery is not delivering my product even after repeatedly sending emails for * days.

Delhivery Company failed to provide the promised service.
Delhivery is cheating the customers but doing fake status updates[attached the proof].
Delivery customer support gives fake assurances [attached the proof].
Delhivery does not provide any call support making it difficult to reach them and even they do not have any escalation system or grievance redressal system.

Complaint:
Delhivery is not delivering my order with ID: ******** from last * days. They are not resolving the issue and doing fake status updates.

Sequence of events day-by-day:
**-August-****: Order reached at the destination city in the early morning.
**-August-****: Order is out for delivery and not delivered [Fake status update]. Based on this status I called the engineer who has to work on the received consignment. He is still waiting to start his work.
**-August-****: At Evening, Delhivery updated the status that they have not attempted the delivery. [What they have done with the product when it was out whole day?]
**-August-****: There has been no update and they even removed the expected date of delivery.
**-August-****: There is no update. Customer support is not helping at all and only trying to fool by giving general copy-pasted reply.
**-August-****: I don't know whether they will even deliver it or not.

What I tried:
*. Tried whatsapp support: No status update to any ticket raised.
*.Tried on twitter: There is no acknowledgement of the complaint.
*. Send multiple email to support: There is no resolution. All email mentions that we will deliver it soon.

What I want:
*.Direction to immediately deliver my order.
*. Compensation for the mental harassment that I faced by their fake customer support assurances.
*. Strict action against Delivery for providing poor service and useless customer support.

I have lost all the hope of resolution from Delhivery .

I kindly request everyone to please help in forcing Delivery to provide better servcies and deliver my order immediately.
Needless to mention internet is filled with complaints against poor Delhivery service. I demand strict action against Delhivery on immediate basis.
