I hope this email finds you well. My name is Rohit Shaw, and I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the unprofessional conduct and lack of transparency at NR Auto Centre, particularly with Mr. Prabhat Kumar Mishra, the sales manager.

I have been a loyal Mahindra customer since ****, having purchased a Mahindra Thar in **** and a Mahindra XUV *** last year. However, my recent experience with NR Auto Centre has been far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention.

I expressed my interest in purchasing a Mahindra Thar, and I was assured a due date of one month.Regrettably, it has been more than two months since that commitment, and I have yet to receive my Mahindra Thar. Mr. Prabhat Kumar Mishra has consistently provided false information and misleading assurances about the imminent arrival of the car in *-* days, causing significant frustration and inconvenience.

I have made numerous calls seeking updates, and despite assurances of callbacks, I have not received any. Upon visiting the auto store, I was informed that Mr. Prabhat Kumar Mishra had left for his village, leaving me in the dark about the status of my booking. Upon rigorous questioning, the Sales Manager revealed that Mahindra has promised the car in July ****, contradicting the earlier promises made by Mr. Mishra to me. This experience has left me feeling helpless and harassed, which is disheartening considering my long-standing loyalty to the Mahindra brand.

I kindly request your immediate intervention in addressing this matter. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can lead to delays, but the lack of communication, false promises, and the contradictory information provided have severely affected my trust in the brand and NR Auto Centre. I urge you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure such incidents do not tarnish the reputation of Mahindra.

My parents' anniversary is on December **th, and it would mean a great deal to me if my Mahindra Thar could be delivered on or before that date as it was a surprise gift for them only which will be of no use after that.Additionally, the auspicious holy month starting from December **th is significant for us, during which we refrain from purchasing capital-intensive products. I trust Mahindra to uphold its commitment to customer satisfaction and address this matter with the urgency it deserves.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue. I look forward to a swift resolution and a positive reaffirmation of the trust I have placed in the Mahindra brand over the years.
