Mahindra & Mahindra - Delayed deilvery of new vehicle

I have booked the vehicle on **.**.**** with Star India Tamluk dealer of M&M, initially they have told about delivery of vehicle within **/** days later one month.
Now even one month is about to complete, they are not confirming any date of delivery.
