Myntra - Delay or No update on Product Delivery

Hi, I have placed ordered on **nd December and promised to get delivery by **th. It is keep on postponing to **st and then later *, * and * of Jan. My order is pre paid order, means I have already paid to the Website.
I have contacted Customer Service Support team, I am able to connect to them only after dialing **-** times continously. They keep on promising will update soon and also they started blaming me saying I am rescheduling the delivery which I never did. I have also informed them to hear my recorded calls for more details.
Here the problem is there are not promising on delivery or not giving any details.
