lenovo - delay of service

I am using lenovo c*** laptop with in * months the touch screen is not at all working the team has replaced every thing inside the laptop (lcd screen , sensors , motherboard ,etc) from last ** days iam suffering a lot from lenovo but the issue is not at all resolved now the laptop is opened for several times now the laptop condition is worst after opening that many time and it has getting new issues after opening the laptop case that many times and also the problem is not resolved . my sencer request you sir please replace my laptop sir .
the costumer care team is also not responding to my calls at final i am sending you the mail.
you can check my status (lapotp serial number == MP*M*X*W )
this is the worst experience iam facing from lenovo. because in lenovo only i bought * laptops
