Intrcity smart bus - Delay of more than 3 Hrs

The bus, going from Mumbai to Goa, was delayed by more than * hrs. The pickup time of the bus was *:**. By **:**, the bus did not arrive at all. This meant that by drop off at Margao which was supposed to be ** AM was not * PM as per the App. Talked to the driver and when asked why there was a delay he said cancel the ticket if you want to
