I am facing a serious issue with the servicing of my Ather Rizta at the Ather Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) service center. My vehicle has been with them since **rd September, and it has been over ** days without any progress or proper update.
I have contacted the service center multiple times and also emailed Ather Support (support@atherenergy.com). I received an acknowledgment email stating that they are working on my case and that a team member will respond soon, but there has been no further response or resolution.
This prolonged delay has caused me significant inconvenience, as my vehicle is unusable and the service center is not providing clear communication or a completion date.
I request you to resolve my issue as soon as possible and do the beneficiary to both.
