My Mivi collar classic neckband broke so naturally I applied for warranty replacement on ** January but my matter has not been resolved after ** days on ** March **** . I have been using my phone without my neckband. My phone does not have a earphone port so it’s more difficult for me.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
