Jio mart Reliance Industries Ltd - DELAY IN REFUND

I had placed an order, for 'groceries on (**th October ****) on 'JIO MART.'
The payment was a prepaid payment, through UPI: **********, Transaction ID: T**********************

The items are worth (*,***.**) They were broken into four different orders.

*) On (**th October) an order worth (Rupees: *,***.**)(** items) - is delivered.
*) Items worth (rupees: *,***.**) (* items) was cancelled indefinitely.
they say that the refund has been initiated, but it has been more than ** days no refund credited, yet.

*) Items worth (rupees: ***.**) (* items) - was cancelled indefinitely. They say Refund initiated, but not credited.
*) Items worth (rupees: ***) (* item) - I cancelled my order for the delay in delivery. They haven't initiated, refund yet.

So, They have delivered (*,***.**) worth items/ groceries, while the remaining (*,***.**) refund amount has not been credited to the original payments methods.)

Raised many complaints ticket, no refund made, no reply, no call response, they just mail the daamn, link of the orders.

I want my refund of rupees '*,***,**' credited to my account.
