GOIBIBO AND SPICEJET - Delay In Refund From Goibibo

I booked a flight for **/may/**** which was cancelled because of Coronavirus Lockdown. I called back to goibibo to rebook it in October, when they said it can't be rebooked as the flight was booked from a guest account and they promised a refund on **/October... Since then it's been *Months and neumorous complaint were made in Twitter, Facebook, Instagram with no help... Customer service does not work, and social media service only provides a link to log a complain and that link does not work "because I don't have goibibo account" which I told them *** times.... Everytime I tell them about my issue then send another link which does not work...
