GOIBIBO AND SPICEJET - CREDIT SHELL SPICE JET AIRLINES IN GOIBIBO NOT ABLE TO RETRIEVE AND NO RESPONSE WHEN CALLED

I had booked tickets through go ibibo on spice jet before lock down since i could not travel due to this issue i cancelled my tickets and spice jet confirmed that the credit shell is available for the amount as mentioned here under * pnr numbers and i can use it for the rebookings any time throughout without any validity ;but i dont find any option nor my credit shell appears on my goibibo desk top site on my account as they say and if i try to retrieve my balance it shows error and says amount cant be retrieved and if tried to call no direct human response available and rather a prerecorded automated response only is witnessed.kindly do the needful
