I was extremely dissatisfied with Flipkart service. I have ordered a mobile with an exchange offer and completed the payment through credit card. But when the order came the delivery executive denies my old phone to exchange and they take back the order. However, I am ready to make the remaining payment without exchange. But the Flipkart Team not giving the proper response to me. it's been more than ** days no positive response from them. Whenever I sent a mail or I make the call to them they are saying that they will be working on the issue, it will resolve in **-** hours but I am not getting the product at all. This is completely fraud from Flipkart. Please do the needful.
