Nishant Srivastava filed complaint against Flipkart on Nov 20, 2019
I ordered a product on Flipkart on **th Sep **, and the delivery date promised was **th Oct, it's been more than a month since the delivery date has passed. and now Flipkart's customer support team is continuously calling me to cancel the order and reorder at a higher price.
The original cost of the product was **** when I ordered and now it's *****, Now Flipkart is saying that they can't deliver this product, so I should cancel the order and re-order at a higher price.
its been almost ** days my money was stuck with Flipkart and they are bluntly saying that they cant deliver.
kindly help.
