i booked a ola s* pro on ** dec ****. it was said that it will be delivered on * jan **** . but when i reached the showroom on the said day they told me to come the next day as the scooter wasn't ready yet. and when i arrived the next day to receive the scooter they still haven't completed the said work and told me that they would give a call when it is ready . such a servicing attitude is not right in my opinion as i am one of the customers of ola . i ran around the showroom for this matter in the midst of my exam and college affairs . atleast you shouldn't have shown such a perfunctury attitude.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
