I am from Mumbai and had booked Kia Sonet HTX Diesel manual red color in *st week of October ****. However I am yet to get delivery of the same. I was assured that I will be getting the delivery within couple of months. However, Kia keeps giving false promises and not able to delivery. Additionally in the month of January they have revised the rate of the variant that i booked, and asking for an additional sum of **,***/-.
I strongly advocate, customer consumer court to take action on Kia Motors so as to make them a responsible company.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
