I want to report the completely unfair and unprofessional experience that is being faced by me during the waiting period of Innova Hycross at Galaxy Toyota, New Delhi.
I have the following * concerns:
*. Waiting sequence manipulation - On **th Nov'** I got an email update that my waiting Sequence Number was **. Then on **th Dec'** to my utter surprise the next update mail mentioned my Sequence Number as **! This shows the deliveries are being manipulated and honest customers are being unfairly treated.
*. Waiting period: a cruel joke - At the time of initial booking of the car (*th May'**) I was informed the tentative waiting period is **-** months. Now after waiting for close to ** months the latest waiting period mentioned in the email update is ***-*** weeks! Is this some kind of a joke Toyota is playing on its customers???
I have reached out to their so-called North India RM over email, and to Toyota's complaint email id, but to no avail.
The above shows complete lack of respect and extreme apathy towards customer satisfaction and relationships. I refuse to take this unprofessional and unethical treatment any more.
