At the time of booking, they initially stated that delivery would take *–* days, though they later revised this estimate to *–** days; however, for the past ** days, my belongings have been sitting at the company's Kanpur branch. From the very beginning, they have misled me, repeatedly promising that the goods would be shifted "tomorrow." Today, they informed me that my consignment had been sent to Gurgaon and would proceed from there to Ambikapur via Raipur; yet, later today, I was told that my goods have actually been dispatched to Nagpur, from where they will travel via Raipur to reach Ambikapur.
