The Professional Courier Service - Delay in Delivery by The Professional Courier

I booked a consignment with The Professional Courier (Ref: MTY********) on **th July from Kerala to Hyderabad. Though it reached Hyderabad within ** hours, it was not delivered to me even after ** hours. I contacted their Hyderabad head office (***-********) and spoke with Annapurna and the Uppal Ops manager (**********), both of whom were rude and unresponsive. Complaints on their website (COKX******) and multiple emails (to hydro@tpcglobe.co.in, hydro-crm@tpcglobe.co.in, ho@tcpindia.com, ho@tcpglobe.com) went unanswered or bounced.

Despite this, the parcel was sent to their local hub forcing me to pick it up instead of home delivery. A similar issue occurred with consignment KTK******** booked on **nd July which reached Hyderabad on **th July, but no delivery update since. The Uppal Ops manager is now unreachable and the replacement contact ********** was rude and disconnected my call.

The courier delays and unprofessional behavior caused loss and distress as live fish in the parcels died due to delay. I demand compensation of ₹***,*** for this poor service, rude behavior, and losses incurred.
