Sivaram Pendyala filed complaint against The Professional Courier Service on Feb 1, 2025
We have received a damaged package which was repacked with parcel tape on damaged places. When raised a complaint to customer care response is that they are not responsible for physical damage. No Response to the complaint emails. This is been processed through professional courier and they should be taking responsibility in delivering in original condition and take necessary action for any damage and compensate to the customer.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
