Dominos Pizza - Delay in delivery by dominos pizza

Hi,

I placed an order on **th November from Bangalore from hsr layout and received the order after *.** hrs later . They did not find the location and I had to go collect it from somewhere. When asked regarding delay they said my amount will be refunded. I am regularly following up and getting no response. Once the escalation team connected with the restaurant and the person from the restaurant said we can't refund we will send the same order again. But what is the use of resending the same order and he told me to reorder the same thing we will delivery and you don't need to pay the delivery boy. When we tried to do that they said you ordered from different store so you have to pay....we don't get an option to choose which store when you doing from an app. After I am following up regularly and getting no response
