Mohammed Jabir MP filed complaint against Volkswagen India Private Limited on Apr 20, 2022
This complain is regarding the Volkswagen polo which was given for the internal wiring repair to phoenix cars India Pvt Ltd(Authorised Volkswagen service center) in kannur district of Kerala and paid advance amount of rs **,*** on **st Jan **** and said it will be delivered within a month as the whole set should come from plant.
On ** feb **** they have informed that the parts which was delivered from plant was damaged so it will take more days.
It has been * months for now in service centre and after visiting several times and calling and complaining the customer care also there is no proper response.
The car is parked from * months in such a way that keeping idle under scorching heat and rain causes more internal issues.
Also the car is in loan and I am paying the loan without using the vehicle as it is in their shed for * month's.
This situation is causing financial and mental health issues to me and my family.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
