Spicejet - Delay flight by 6 hours

I booked two tickets from spicejet international flight
From dubai to jaipur on **-jan-****
*.** Am and flight arrival time is *.** Am
But we arrive Jaipur by *.** Pm because of spicejet flight delay
In the duration we are sitting in the flight for * hrs And there is no lounge Facilities and airport access
And that time they wasn’t provide lunch
The crew’s member behaviour towards passengers was very rude
And they continually lie about take off
Meanwhile we suffer lots of thing
Due to delay I couldn’t attend my office also .
