After the long harassment and recent another cheating statement by the country club, I have decided to terminate the contract with country club India limited. As per the recent email communication from ** Nov to ** Nov **** (email attached), country club is asking for the utility charges for the hotel bookings, which is not mentioned / not applicable for my rescheduled membership (Reschedule membership contract attached). This country club membership (CVAUH**KL**L****) was sold to me by Country club on ** May ****, for a large sum of AED **,*** (Approx *.** lacs Indian Rupees) after so many false commitments and through their expertise cheating tricks by country club Abu Dhabi, UAE branch. Some of the commitments like free VIP paases for **-** events annually, Birthday celebrations, free international holidays with visa and sightseeing and many others made by the country club staff which was completely a bluff and reality is very far from these commtments. Recently they started asking for utility charges against hotel booking for which they don't have any supporting documents. When i asked to terminate my membership and refund my money, they completely rejected. I feel cheated and membership seems useless based on the experience with country club till now. I never thought of paying my hard earned money for this purpose. That is why after spending the handsome amount I am not able to use their services.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
