G*BPVY is the pnr it was for the fault of the employee of INDIGO who has destroyed my web check in boarding pass that i had to suffer financial loss and claim for the same could not be validated and i asked her to return it to me she as per her whims and will and without my permission has destroyed the same i have reached and mailed to the nodal and appellate desk but they are not willing to refund the money though it has been proved that the fault was done by there employee on the ground of proved misbehaviour but they are on to save the back of the company and there employees as a whole and also the inflight service and condition were not good the trainee were there who has destroyed the mood of the whole journey there were crates and garbage under the seat no cleaning by them and more over they were serving spoiled food and also spilled water and all rubbish
i am not satisfied with the quality of service and so i want the refund for the financial loss and also thee harassment charges they have done to me and the pain they have inflicted upon me
