RECONNECT RELIANCE DIGITAL - DEFICIENCY OF SERVICE Service Request No

I had lodged service request for repair of my Reconnect Washing Machine. Local ResQ technician visited my place . On his first visit he charged Rs ***/- as per protocol and did some work on the machine but it could not be repaired. I called him next day and on his *nd visit he told that some part of the machine needs to be replaced, details of which he will inform me later telephonicaly after inquiring at Office. ResQ Office told me that part to be replaced will be costing Rs. *** and I have to give Rs. *** to them after which only they will order the part from their HQ. I agreed upon that and pay Rs *** advance to them. After multiple telephonic inquiries for about a week, they told me my washing machine is very old and its part is not available, it cant be repaired.

Simultaneously on *th Nov, I got an SMS from no. +************ on my registered mobile no mentioning that my call was cancelled as estimate for the repair was not approved by me. That was totally false as I had never disapproved estimate. I register my grievance on the the no. ***********. Person on the other side of my call listen to me very sympathetically assuring me of all the help. But strangely in the evening of *th NOV. , I got SMS from JD-RESQCC that my service request is cancelled due to non availability of concerned person.

Its almost * months now since I have registered request of repair of my washing machine. I had written multiple mails to them but my grievance is not resolved yet
