RECONNECT RELIANCE DIGITAL - For return of products and refund not initiated

Within ** hrs of booked reconnect cooler product, placed for its return since the same is not meet our expectations as the product is very poor from all the angle and the cooling capacity is not at all good. But even subsequent discussion with store, customer support and *nd level they are not bothered to listen customer query at all... Very bad and am very much harassed. Their technician came and packed the product well stating some one will visit next day to return the product but no one cooperated.... Am very much disappointed. Please help through social media if can able to help.
