Oda class pigeon education pvt Ltd - Deficiency in Service and Unfair Denial of Refund by Oda Class

I enrolled my son in a course with Oda Class (class -**) on ** June ****. Due to scheduling conflicts, I requested a change in class timings (I enrolled for *.**pm to *.**pm batch but Oda they have to providing *.**pm to *.**pm batch) via email on * July ****. On ** July ****, Oda Class responded, stating, "Our team is working on it," but provided no resolution. As per their mentor’s suggestion, I requested a refund on ** July ****, followed up on ** July and [your last email date, e.g., ** July ****]. On date of their latest reply ** July ****, they denied my refund, citing a *-day refund policy that was never communicated to me at the time of enrollment. Their failure to provide timely service, lack of transparency regarding the refund policy, and unresponsiveness constitute a deficiency in service and unfair trade practices under the Consumer Protection Act, ****.
