I purchased a Whirlpool ***L Frost Free Triple Door Refrigerator from Flipkart India Private Limited on ** FEB **** for ₹**,***.
Within **–** days of purchase, the refrigerator stopped cooling properly. I raised multiple complaints with Whirlpool customer service, but there was no proper response.
After repeated follow-ups, a technician visited and replaced * parts, assuring that the issue would be resolved. However, the refrigerator is still not functioning properly.The product has been unusable for more than ** days out of ** days since purchase, causing significant inconvenience and financial loss.
Despite multiple complaints, there has been no permanent resolution, and service representatives are not responding.
I request a full replacement or refund of ₹**,*** along with compensation for the inconvenience caused.
I have attached the invoice, service details, and communication screenshots as evidence.
