I purchased a *ltr water purifier of Hindware from Flipkart online shopping portal. Flipkart facilitates for installation & demo which was reflected in the website. After a long time, a technician has visited to install the purifier. The item was delivered on **.**.**** but installation was done on **.**.**. After installation, it is found that the item was defective. At bottom of the purifier, water is leaking and green light isn't glowing even the tank is full. Several emails and telephonic talk have been made for the solution of the issue for this time too so far but still, both Hindware & Flipkart are not responding. I can't use the purifier. I need to refund the money with compensation or exchange the new good item with compensation and proper installation.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
