I had purchased a Voltas *.* ton Vectra Prime - * Star Inverter AC on **th June, **** and the same was installed on *th July, ****. However, after * days, the AC was not working / cooling at all. Consequently, Customer Service was contacted and service request was raised. After visits by many technicians, the issue is still not resolved. The Company is not replying to any mails and resolving the issue. The trust with Voltas is broken due to such defective product and service.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
