Flipkart - Defective Split AC Delivered

i had ordered Carrier *.* Ton * star bee rating **** inverter ac - white on ** Oct **** having order ID- OD******************. carrrier technician who came to install the ac , found that ac outer unit is Inverter and ac Inner unit is non-inverter, so ac unit can not be run due to different catogry. I had raised the replacement complained on ** th oct **** , return iD is ********************. carrier technician confirm that this unit should be replaced, but flipkart rejected the replacement request and even i had called so many times and send them carrier technician report but they did not accept the replacement request. Again i raised the replacement request on ** oct **** but till now they have not accepted it. please help to get it resolve.
