I purchased the Imperial Fabric RHS Convertible Sofa Cum Bed (Brown Colour) from Pepperfry on January **, ****. Within just one year, I am facing severe quality issues with the product:
The seating area sinks down when we sit on it.
When leaning on the backrest, an unpleasant cover sound is coming.
When purchasing, Pepperfry misled us with manipulated ratings, falsely assuring us of the product’s quality. However, the reality is completely different.
Despite my continuous **-day follow-up, Pepperfry has failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. They claim rework will be done, but I strongly believe the issue will persist even after repairs. I have requested a refund to my Pepperfry wallet or source account, so I can buy a better quality product, but they have been unresponsive.
The product is under warranty until February **, ****, yet Pepperfry is neglecting their responsibility. Their lack of accountability is unacceptable. I urge you to take strict action against them and direct them to process my refund immediately.
