Nav Goel filed complaint against Hush puppies Bata India on Feb 13, 2020
I bought a pair of Hush Puppies Shoes in Bangalore around * months ago.
The sole of right shoe has developed a hole/crack within this period of purchase and my usage is very moderate (which doesn't involve much walking). Snapshots are attached for your reference. If this is the quality, it doesn't seem to be value for money.
I went to store and demonstrated this to the store manager. He also agreed to this and said- "Ideally this doesn't happen in such a short span of time. It seems to be a manufacturing defect".
But when I wrote mail to Bata India, they told me that product can be replaced within ** days of purchasing.
But how can sole which is the most strongest part in Bata Shoes can come out within * months.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
