I bought a product from Bata Store & my shoe sole is torn. I went to the store before the warranty time period ends. I requested them to please look into the same & help me out. They took my shoes & returned me in a week. But when they returned the sole was totally gone. Now when I am trying to reach them for help they are ignoring me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
