Fire Boltt - Defective Replacement Product and No Proper Support from FireBoltt

I purchased a Fire-Boltt smartwatch which became defective. I raised a complaint and received a replacement under Ticket ID *******.
However, the replacement product is also defective and not working properly.
I have raised multiple complaints (Ticket IDs: ******* and *******), but I am not receiving a proper response or resolution from the company.
Due to this, I have suffered financial loss and inconvenience.
I request a proper brand new replacement or refund at the earliest.
