Praveen filed complaint against Prestige on Mar 26, 2022
I have purchased a Prestige mystic * burner stove which is scrap and defective. We have requested for return with in the defined days and Tata Cliq team is not helping us with that and even we have followed up with Prestige team and they are also not responding properly like Tata Cliq.
Days are passing without solution and i have nothing to do except throwing my **K item in garbage.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
