I ordered one product that is whirlpool invereter split A-C from amazon on **th June then I paid for the installation to the whirlpool technician rs **,** and within *days only the A-C stopped working then I called the whirlpool technician he came and told me that I need to get it replaced because the indoor PC is dead in this product. So I ordered replacement on **th June. Nd meanwhile I talked to customer care they told me it will get replaced u don’t need to worry and u don’t need to pay again for the installation and now today, after almost * week on *th July when the delivery guy came for the replacement he told me I need to uninstall the ac and when I call whirlpool they told me they will charge rs *** plus gst and moreover they will charge again for the reinstallation of the new ac. I mean seriously why will I pay again for the same thing.
