I have ordered RealmeXT on *st October from Flipkart and product delivered on *rd October. Packaging was fine but when I checked the phone it has a Dent mark on its Back panel. I think its a manufacturing defect and I place the replacement request * times but all requests cancelled by the seller and Flipkart. I also complaint to Flipkart team many times they also do nothing they always said we will work on it and this time your product will be replaced.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
