Ordered for an air conditioner but the product was defective not working and it took more than * months for the company to replace the product due to which we suffered a lot. The product replaced was again defective and the product had a different old model about which I complained too but there was no response from the company. Also, the staff is irresponsible in handling the complaint and it has cost me a lot in getting the product repaired over and over again. They're still giving multiple excuses and still the product is not repaired properly and every time it's me who's paying for its repair. I want proper compensation from the company! For the product has incurred a huge loss for me!
