H&M Western (INDIA) Private Limited - Defective product received for 2 nd time with horrible response from the Customer service

H&M first of all releases the stocks once in * or * months and mostly the products are out of stock .. I received damaged every time I have ordered and this is the * rd time I am receiving a damaged product after waiting for nearly for more than a month for the product to be back on stock and waiting to receive the damaged product .. when I asked the customer care service to deduct money for the defect , their response was to return my product and tht they have given me enough voucher for their mistake and nothing else a could be done .. returning the product will again put me back to square one where I have to wait for more than a month and the product will be out of stock before I can purchase it again .. there is no replacement policy especially when the mistake is from their side and I have to go through so much of mental trauma and waste so much of my time because of their mistake ..
