I purchased philips hair straightener with Order ID # ******* ************** from myntra .The seller was "Konde products and services pvt. Ltd" which has a bad reputation of selling damaged products online.
The product was used one as it had hair strands in the brush.Moreover,few bristles were loose too.So, it definitely is eligible for return under defective product category. But shamefully ,myntra rejected the return request denying my genuine claims .They just have scripted copy paste answers which has no logic to answer.
I would like myntra to return the product and compensate me for mentally harassing me and wasting my time .I am ready to file a legal complaint to get back my money along with compensation for mentally harassing me along with legal expenses that I will have to spent to get justice.
I would send a detailed complaint to ceo too and highlight the issue in social media ,so that the public knows the scam going on.
The seller Konde products and services pvt ltd is a repair centric company ,so it's obvious I got a used replacement product from them.Also,there are several similar online complains which can be found online again this seller.I have already filed a complaint in prime minister office pg portal online.
Myntra should stop running unethical business practice and stop scamming customers.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
