I had ordered a Google Chrome Cast from insasta.com. It was a defective product. They told me to return the product and I will be refunded back the amount in full i.e. Rs. ***/-. soon after sending the product back i.e. on **/**/**. The phone was switched off. There was no refund after the ** days period as promised. No contact can be made to them after this. Its a fraud company made to cheat innocent people. Strict action should be taken against such fraudsters.
