Titan - Defective product delivered

I purchased a Titan Celestor Advanced GPS & Barometer *.* CM AMOLED Display with AOD, Pizoelectric Functional Crown Aurora Blue (Model No: *****AP**). Soon after purchase, I noticed severe inaccuracies in both the altimeter and barometer readings, with altitude values consistently showing **–**% lower than the actual levels at all locations.

Since the product was under warranty, I emailed Titan Customer Care, who advised me to submit the watch to the nearest Titan store. Accordingly, I submitted it on *rd September ****. However, no resolution has been provided to date.

Upon contacting Mr. Utpal Roy, the store manager, he confirmed—and shared screenshots as evidence—that the defect was reported to the Titan company, identifying it as a defective product. Despite repeated follow-up emails to Titan, no corrective action or replacement has been taken. The watch remains with the store for over two months, leaving the issue unresolved and causing significant inconvenience.
