Deepika Sarin filed complaint against Myntra on Jan 20, 2022
The product was delivered on **th Jan **** and was defective. I immediately clicked pics and opted for exchange (but the product was already out of stock) so then I opted for return under the "defective product" category. The next day, the pickup agent refused to pick up my product and asked me to raise a complaint. Hence, I issued an online complaint which is now refused by Myntra saying "quality check during packing/shipping" was passed. What am I supposed to do when a company delivers a damaged product and refuses to accept it back?

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
